AllTechLogistics provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms and custom solutions, including but not limited to:
Yard Management Systems (YMS)
IoT, RFID, and GPS Tracking Solutions
Gate Automation and Virtual Mapping
Interactive Dashboards and Reporting Tools
System Integrations via API
Custom Development and Application Services
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.
To use certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that is suspected of violating these Terms or engaging in unauthorized or unlawful use.
By using our Services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information
Use the Services solely for legitimate business operations
Abide by all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, copy, distribute, or interfere with our software or platforms
All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, code, visual design, logos, trademarks, documentation, and content, are owned by or licensed to AllTechLogistics.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services solely for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.
You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.
Some Services require payment. All fees are:
Due according to the payment terms outlined in your service agreement or invoice
Non-refundable unless otherwise stated
Subject to change with prior notice
Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of Services.
Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public, proprietary information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
AllTechLogistics agrees to handle Client data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Client maintains ownership of its data. However, by using our Services, Client grants AllTechLogistics the right to process, store, and analyze data as necessary to deliver and improve the Services.
We may use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics, benchmarking, and service improvement.
Our platform may integrate with third-party systems (e.g., ERPs, CRMs, TMS platforms). We are not responsible for the functionality, data handling, or privacy practices of those third parties.
Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at our sole discretion for any of the following reasons:
Violation of these Terms
Non-payment
Security or legal risks
Misuse of the platform
Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease, and you must stop using the Services immediately.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Accuracy of data
Continuous availability or performance
AllTechLogistics makes no guarantees regarding uptime, results, or performance metrics unless explicitly outlined in a written SLA (Service Level Agreement).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AllTechLogistics shall not be liable for any:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Lost profits, business interruptions, or data loss
Damages exceeding the amount paid by Client to AllTechLogistics in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AllTechLogistics, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of:
Your use of the Services
Your violation of these Terms
Any breach of data or misuse of the platform under your account
AllTechLogistics will not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, system outages, labor disputes, or government actions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. We will post the updated version on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
